The first gym that I dared to review was Fitness Plus. Fitness PLus is a moderately priced located in Port Jefferson Station, NY. I prudently entered the gym and presented my guest pass. The receptionist and the manager efficiently activate amy guest pass and allowed me to simply enjoy. The gym is reasonably priced at $35 per month. In addition, there are ample machines to work out at. It is never the case that you have to wait for the cardio machine that you simply love! The atmosphere seems social. One of the members stated, "Everyone is down to earth and not too into themselves." There is a nursery on the premises for members who need a babysitter for their kids. While the nursery seemed clean and well- equipped with toys, the babysitters weren't interacting with the children. In addition, the nursery could stay open till 830 when the lat class finishes. I saw woman who had to have her daughter sit during class. There is a way to put money on a debit card for the energy drinks and protein bars that they sell which is convenient. However, there is no full service juice bar. Oh well- less traps for spending hard earned money. More to come on the zumba class I attended.
